    You will also have full use of the hot tub spa and use of luxury robes and towels and slippers.

    This offer is for 2 people for 2 nights with the use of one kingsize bedroom.

    All this for £330. Extra nights can be added at a rate of £160 per night, extra guests can be accomodated, please contact us direct.

    Rooms

    Single storey self contained conversion, two bedroom, sleeps five with Hot-Tub and private garden.
    The cottage comprises master bedroom with 4 poster bed, en-suite with shower, family bedroom with 4 poster and single bed, living room diner,  kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Master bathroom and shower.

    Amenities

    The living room comprises a 50 inch smart TV with sky stream, DVD.

    free 5G EE Wifi upto 100mb.
    The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washing machine. A drier is available in an outside room.
    Both Bedrooms have four poster beds, linen is changed for longer stays, towels and iron provided.

    In the garden there is ample seating and use of a BBQ.

    HOT TUB (max 6 person)
    LPG central heating.


    The small town of Brampton is 6 miles away with good local shops. 

    Carlisle 15 miles. (airport 8 miles). Haltwhistle 9 miles  and Hexham 22 miles.


    Hadrian's Wall attractions- Wall within walking distance- <1mile,

     Birdoswald Roman Fort 2.5miles,  Vindolanda excavations 13 miles

    Housesteads and Sycamore gap.

    Rates

    The cottage is available all year round except for planned maintenance.

    Spring (March- June 2025)  £875-£1200 p/wk

    We offer a number of additional food packages for example celebration cakes, breakfast packs, cheese and charcuterie boards.


    All bookings to be paid in full at the time of booking if less than 12wks.


    Refundable Accidental Damage deposit of £200.00
